RAVINDRA PUNJAHARI NARWADE AND ANR ...

Advocate for Appellant : Nagode D.G.

...

CORAM : T.V. NALAWADE, J.

DATED : 9th March, 2016.

ORDER :

1.

Heard the learned counsel for appellant in Civil Application No. 2929/2016 filed for adding party. Seen the sale deed made in favour of Appasaheb. It appears that during pendency of appeal, the disputed property was sold by defendant to Appasaheb, but in the appeal filed by defendant, Appasaheb was not made party and the appeal was prosecuted by original defendant. In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. Original plaintiff is allowed to add Appasaheb as party respondent in the appeal and also in civil application for stay.

2.

Notice in appeal and civil application filed for stay, made returnable on 20.6.2016. Call record and proceeding. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
