The petitioner has tendered several representations to the Municipal Corporation praying for grant of pension and pensionary benefits which have not been dealt with by the employer. Without going in to the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner in the petition, we direct the respondent no.2 to take appropriate decision on the representations tendered by the petitioner on 11.12.2013, 06.05.2015, 16.02.2017, 17.06.2017 and 16.10.2017 in conformity with the relevant regulations as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed.
