This application has been filed for restoration of review application by recalling order dated 26.11.2024. 2.
Learned advocate for the applicant submits that when the matter was listed on 24.07.2024, due to personal difficulty of learned advocate, the matter could not be attended. Therefore, the matter was adjourned to 18.09.2024. On 18.09.2024 due to paucity of time, the matter was adjourned to 26.11.2024. On the date of hearing, since learned advocate for applicant was held up before another Court, this Court passed order thereby dismissing the matter for want of prosecution. Bhagyawant Punde
{2} 906-ca-2366-2025 Learned advocate for applicant submits that because of personal difficulty and engagement up before another Court, he could not remain present and the matter was dismissed for want of prosecution. He submits that considering the fact that the matter pertains to regularization and other service benefits of the applicant, the review application may be restored by allowing the civil application.

Considering the fact that subject matter pertains to regularization and other service benefits, and the applicant is fighting for benefits for more than 15 years and considering the satisfactory explanation given by applicant, the civil application deserves to be allowed.

In that view of the matter, civil application is allowed. 5.
Order dated 26.11.2024 passed by this Court is recalled.

Registry to restore the Review Application No. 27/2024.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
