This is second application for withdrawal of amount in deposit. The applicants have already been permitted to withdraw 50% amount. 2.

Learned counsel for the acquiring body objects to permit further withdrawal of amount.

For the reasons given in the application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount under the impugned award (50% of the amount presently in deposit) with interest accrued thereon as against 1 / 2
