Mr. Sangeet, learned counsel for respondent no. 1 and Mr. Dhorde for respondents no. 2 to 5 and for cross objectors, on instructions, make a statement that the respondents would not deal with, alienate or create third party interest in whatsoever manner, in respect of suit property.

In view of the statement made, interim relief would not be insisted upon. However, breach of statements by respondentscross objectors, would expose themselves to consequences. 3.

Civil applications accordingly stand disposed of, with liberty to file the same afresh, if occasion arises.
