The learned counsel for Applicant submits that Respondent No.6 was deleted before the Tribunal. Thus, the name of Respondent No.6 be deleted from the array of Respondents forthwith. Mr. A. B. Girase, learned counsel waives service of notice for Respondent No.8. Though Respondent Nos.7 and 9 duly served, none appears for them.
