We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 2.

The petitioners seek implementation of the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister dated 9th October, 2018. 3.

The learned Counsel submits that pursuant to the orders passed, the petitioners have already deposited the najrana amount and have complied with all the conditions. 4.

The Collector had directed the Tahsildar to take further steps pursuant to the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister. Thereafter, Tahsildar directed the Talathi to do the needful.

The petitioners have also fled an application for implementing the said order and mutating the name of the petitioners in 7/12 extract. The same is not yet done. The application is also fled on 07.12.2019.

In light of the above, the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 shall take further steps in tune with the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister dated 9th October, 2018 and as in force. The steps should be taken within two months.
