The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that he would approach the appropriate authority under the Hyderabad Atiyat Inquiries Act, 1952 as regards the declaration of the Inam land and he would approach the Civil Court for a declaration that the sale-deeds entered into by the encroachers, should be quashed and set aside. 3.

We do not wish to make any declaration about the locus of the Petitioner at this stage, since he desires to withdraw this petition. This issue is left open.
