This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the Order dated 7.6.2019.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that as the respondent resides at Washim, the publication of the notice is to be carried out through a Newspaper at Washim.

In view of the above, paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the Order dated 7.6.2019 shall stand corrected as under :

2. Re-issue notice to the respondent returnable on 2.8.2019. The applicant shall have the

2 MCA 269-18 notice published in "Daily Pudhari" Washim Edition atleast 10 days prior to the returnable date in this matter and the copy of a Newspaper shall be placed on record on or before 25.7.2019, failing which this application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 26.7.2019.
