This is the Application for condonation of 550 days delay in preferring the First Appeal by the State against the Judgment and Award dated 04.02.2015 passed by the learned 4th Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar, in L.A.R. No.44/2012.

Heard the learned AGP for the State and the learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos.1 & 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the aforesaid delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 4.
