Delay of 531 days has occasioned in filing the appeals by the State. Though Mr. R.V.Gore and Mr. A.A.Nimbalkar, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents i.e. original claimants have strongly opposed for condonation of delay, for the reasons stated in the applications which, according to me are just and sufficient, the delay is condoned. Civil Applications for condonation of delay are allowed. The Appeals be registered in accordance with law. Civil Applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties on the application for stay.
