20(1)&(2) of Right to Information Act, 2005 against the respondent No.2 for malafidely failure to provide to

wp195.18 requisite information to the petitioner under RTI Act, 2005, within stipulated time in the interest of justice.

We direct the respondent No.4 to decide the application of the petitioner, if already not decided on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, however within six weeks from today.
