Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file application before the trial court for directions to the court commissioner, appointed by the trial court by order dated 02.07.2015 below Exh.40/D in RCS No.138/2009, to measure Gat Nos.304, 306 and 407 alongwith Gat No. 305 which are part of Old Survey No.99 (A,B,C,D).

Leave granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. The trial court may decide the said application on its own merits. 3.
