This is an application for condonation of 139 days delay in preferring the appeal against judgment and award passed by the learned Commissioner for Employees Compensation dated 4th May, 2019 in WCA No.11 of 2017. 02.

The appellant has also deposited entire amount of compensation and by a separate order, the applicants are directed to withdraw a portion of the amount of compensation.

There is no serious objection for condonation of delay.

For the reasons assigned in the application and

( 2 ) ca14644.19 to advance cause of substantive justice, the delay deserves to be condoned.

Hence, following order :- The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

The delay stands condoned.

The appeal be registered.
