Applicant seeks withdrawal of amount of Rs. 21,10,250/- deposited by the respondent No. 3 - acquiring body. 3.

The enhancement granted by the Reference Court is marginally above four times. Applicant is entitled to receive 75% of the deposited amount with accrued interest. 4.

The civil application is partly allowed permitting the applicant to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the
