The Applicant/ original Petitioner prays for issuance of fresh notice to Respondent No.2. It is stated that he will get the notice published in daily "Sakal", Ahmednagar edition. As such, this Civil Application is allowed.

Issue fresh notice to Respondent No.2 in the writ petition returnable on 22.03.2019. The Applicant shall publish the notice in daily "Sakal", Ahmednagar edition at least 15 days prior to the returnable date in the matter. Copy of the newspaper shall be placed on record before the returnable date.
