Issue notice to the respondents in both the applications. Learned AGP waives service of notice for the respondents-State. 2.

Learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.3-acquiring body has submitted that in all these group of matters, acquiring body has already filed the appeal challenging the award. The applicants have set out the reasons for delay in the applications. Delay in all the matters is of 274 days. Having regard to the nature of litigation, cause for delay and taking into account that already acquiring body has already filed appeals, the delay stands condoned.
