Applicants intend to challenge the judgment and award passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Osmanabad dated 9.10.2013, however, there is delay of 1423 days.

Though, the learned counsel for respondent
ca84.18 Nos. 1 & 2 strongly opposed the application on the ground that delay of each and every day has not been explained properly, yet, for the reasons stated in para Nos. 2 to 4, the delay is condoned.
