The petitioner is challenging the order dated 18.09.2018 passed in Criminal Revision No.288/2017 wherein the petitioner has challenged the order of issuing process against the respondent/accused, passed by the learned 3rd J.M.F.C., Paithan in RCC No.203/2017 dated 24.07.2017. The lower court proceedings in RCC No.203/2017 have been disposed of vide order dated 24.07.2017. 2.
