The Petitioner has submitted his representation to the Respondents/ Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran. Only request is that Respondent No.3/ Member Secretary of the Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran (MJP), may take a decision by considering the rules, policies and the law applicable, within a particular period.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

Respondent No.3/ Member Secretary shall respond to the said representation within a period of 45 days by considering the rules, policies and the law applicable and convey the response to the Petitioner within three weeks from the date of arriving at a decision.
