The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has time and again given representation for sanction of cattle camp grant, however, the same is not considered. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents and submits that, in case representation of the petitioner is pending, the same would be decided on its own merits.

In case, the representation of the petitioner (Exhibit - C) for sanction of cattle camp grant is pending, then the authority
