Present application has been filed by the original claimant for getting the delay of 317 days condoned in filing first appeal. The claimant intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by learned Member Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon for enhancement. Though respondent No.1 is served, nobody appears. Learned Advocate for respondent No.2 is absent. Under such circumstance, for the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.2 to 4, delay stands condoned.
