There is an innocuous prayer in this petition, inasmuch the petitioner sought direction to respondents No.4 and 5 to take decision on the representations filed by the petitioner dated 16-042015, 02-02-2016 and 19-02-2016, which are not decided and kept pending in pursuant to the communication/letter dated 27-04-2016. 2.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondents No. 4 and 5 to take decision on aforesaid representations, if already not decided, after adhering to the procedure and provisions of the law, as expeditiously as possible, however, within three (3) months from the date of this order on it's merits. Needless to observe that if authority requires hearing, an opportunity of hearing be offered to the affected parties before taking such decision.

With the above observations, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 4.
