Date : 12 December 2018 Per Court :

Not on the board. Taken on the board.

2.

It is informed that the petitioner has already filed a revision application before the revisional authority challenging the certificate issued under section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the said application has not been decided and the possession warrant is likely to be issued. Upon query to the learned counsel for the petitioner whether he has deposited 50% of the amount which is a requirement for seeking stay in the revision, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is ready to deposit the amount. 3.

If that be the position, it is always open to the petitioner to apply for stay in the pending revision by depositing the amount. If such an amount as is assured before this Court is deposited, the revisional authority will consider the application for stay favourably.

With these observations, writ petitions are disposed of. N.M. Jamdar, J.
