After hearing, learned counsel for parties resile to the situation that both the suits can be simultaneously tried. 3.

In the circumstances, both the matters bearing regular civil suits no. 15 of 2016 and 25 of 2016 pending before civil judge, junior division, Dhadgaon, district Nandurbar be tried together. 4.

Writ petition accordingly is disposed of.
