DATE : 23/10/2018 PER COURT :- The petitioner contends that the proposal tendered by the management on 5/7/2017 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak has not been yet decided by the Education Officer (Secondary) and the same is pending for consideration. The earlier proposal tendered by the institution seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner was pending and certain objections were raised by the Education Officer. The institution was expected to remove the objections and submit a fresh proposal. It is the contention of the petitioner that the objection raised by the Education Officer has been complied with by the institution and the fresh proposal has been tendered which is not yet decided.

2] The affidavit in reply has been presented by the Deputy

Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad on behalf of respondent no.1 and in paragraph no.4 it is stated that the proposal submitted on 5/7/2017 by the institution has not been received by the office of Education Officer (Secondary). Without entering into controversy raised in the affidavit in reply, we direct respondent no.3 to submit a fresh proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible preferably within six weeks from today. On receipt of the proposal from respondent no.3, the respondent no.1 shall take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible preferably within 4 months from the date of its receipt. 3] With the directions as above, Writ Petition is disposed of.
