None appears for respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

The present Civil Application is filed for condoning the delay and bringing the legal heirs of deceased applicant on record.

As the present application is only for bringing the legal heirs on record and condoning the delay, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) for the reasons stated in the application. Even otherwise, it will be open for the non-applicants to contend about the right of the legal heirs to continue in the proceedings. 5.
