This is an application to bring the legal representatives of deceased Kondabai Tukaram Bhande on record and for condonation of delay for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Kondabai on record. Learned counsel for applicants submit that, the legal heirs of deceased Kondabai are already on record. The death extract Kondabai Tukaram Bhande is produced on record. From the same it appears that, Kondabai died on 10.04.2016. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to allow the application.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' & B-1.
