1) The first civil application is filed for condonation of delay of 393 days caused in filing application for setting aside of the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) and for restoration of the matter. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made and as the learned counsel takes blame to himself this Court holds that delay deserves to be condoned. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

Leaned counsel undertakes to remove office offices prior to 12th February 2016.
