1] Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are served. Mr. Patil further submits that respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have directed the petitioner to submit validity certificate within 8 days, or else, adverse action will be taken. It is submitted that validation proceeding is pending since December 2015. 2] In case, the validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending with the respondent No.2, respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within 8 months. Petitioner shall cooperate for the expeditious disposal of the said proceeding. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.
