Learned AGP on instructions from the respondent/Scrutiny Committee submits that due to change in coram, the New Committee will have to extend an opportunity to the petitioner of being heard and would decide his proposal finally within a week of his appearance before the Committee on 05.04.2024.

We dispose of the contempt proceeding by directing the petitioner to remain present before the respondent/Scrutiny Committee on 05.04.2024. He shall be heard on that day and proposal shall be decided by 15.04.2024.
