As Civil application No. 10168 of 2010 for condonation of delay to present appeal stamp No. 17948 of 2010 has already been dismissed long back by order dated 23-09-2013 against respondents-original claimants for want of steps, therefore, there is no propriety to condone the delay for allowing the applicant-State to bring L.Rs. of the deceased on record in the proceedings, which has been already died out and not alive since 23-09-2013, therefore, application being infructuous and stands dismissed.
