1] This petition can be disposed of in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 6047 of 2016 decided on 9th August, 2016 since the instant petition also arises out of the same facts and circumstances. 2] For the reasons recorded in W.P. No. 6047 of 2016, this petition also deserves to be allowed. The Order passed by the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Dhule dated 9th December, 2016 is quashed and set aside. We direct the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule to reconsider the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner, on its own merits, without raising the grounds and objections those are raised in the impugned letter, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from today and it is accordingly directed.
