Petitioner makes grievance about payment of salary of the post of Assistant Teacher from the date of approval. According to petitioner, as his services are approved in the grant-in-aid school, Education Department is liable to pay salary for the said period.

Be that as it may, since the order is complied with, we dispose of contempt petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for claiming arrears of salary, if any.
