By this writ petition the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe which is pending since 03.01.2025 expeditiously. 3.

Considering the fact that the caste claim is pending since January 2025, we direct the respondent No.2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and, in any case within a period of six (6) months from today. With these directions the writ petition is disposed of.
