The petitioner is praying for expeditious disposal of execution proceedings pending with the revenue authorities since those are referred to the said authorities under Section 54 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

On perusal of the petition, it does appear that Revision Petition No.468 of 2015 is pending with the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad, which is an impediment in disposal of the proceedings.

This petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad, to take decision in Revision Petition No.468 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. It would be open for the petitioner to approach this Court in the
