Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The impugned orders are in respect of fiscal entries made with regard to the nature of land. There is civil suit pending between the parties bearing Wakf Suit No. 22/2019 before the Wakf Tribunal at Aurangabad, seeking declaration of ownership and injunction. It is contended that the order passed by the Wakf Tribunal would bind the revenue authorities and accordingly corresponding change can be made in the mutation entry. 3.

The Tribunal is requested to decide the Wakf Suit No. 22/2019 as expeditiously as possible. Parties submit that there is status-quo order granted by the Tribunal and that it would be continued till the disposal of the proceedings.

Writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the order passed in Wakf Suit No. 22/2019 would bind the revenue authorities and corresponding change be made in the revenue entry after the decision of the Wakf Suit No. 22/2019.
