This is the Application for modification of the order dated 06/05/2025 passed in Civil Application No.13562/2023, to the extent of permitting withdrawal of the interest.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants, the learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body and the learned Advocate for the Intervenor. 3.

This Court, by the above-referred order, has permitted the Applicant No.1 - Trimbak and Applicant No.3 - Tulshiram to withdraw the amount of their share. However, there is no reference of interest accrued thereon. Hence, the interest accrued on the share of Applicant No.1 - Trimbak and Applicant No.3 - Tulshiram is permitted to be withdrawn on the same terms and conditions as reflected in the said order. 4.
