This Court, by order dated 22/04/2025, permitted the Applicant to withdraw the remaining amount deposited by the Acquiring Body along with interest accrued thereon, subject to furnishing Solvent Surty / Security / Bank Guarantee against the said amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, which shall be operative till the Appeal is finally disposed off.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant that, since the Applicant is suffering from disability, he is unable to carry out the formalities before the learned Registrar (Judicial), and the Applicant's son would complete the formalities required for furnishing Solvent Surety / Security, and therefore, necessary directions be issued.

The learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body submits that, appropriate order be passed.

Cosidering the above submissions, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - 'B'. It is made clear that, the condition of furnishing the Solvent Surety / Security / Bank Guarantee shall remain the same.
