This is a successive bail application in C.R.No.357 of 2021 registered with Police Station Muktainagar, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 396 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The application does not reflect change in circumstances. Earlier bail application was considered alongwith allegations levelled against the applicant in the chargesheet and the learned counsel for the applicant was also heard at length. His bail application was rejected on merits. The applicant could not satisfy the Court that there are substantial change in circumstances to reconsider his request for bail. Hence, the application stands dismissed.
