This is the Application for bringing on record the LRs of Deceased - Applicant No.4, namely, Kalawati Govindrao Kekan. 2.

The Applicants claim to be the sons and daughters of Deceased - Kalawati Govindrao Kekan. A copy of Death Certificate shows the name of the Deceased as Kalawati Govindrao Kekan. There is also a copy of Heirship Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, showing the Applicants as the LRs of Deceased - Kalawati Govindrao Kekan. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body has no objection to allow the Application.

The learned Advocate for the Intervenor submits that, the Applicants shall not claim the share in the amount of Applicant No.2 - Namdeo Govindrao Kekan.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that, these Applicants will not claim the share in the amount of Applicant No.2 - Namdeo Govindrao Kekan. The statement is taken on record. 5.

The Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'B' and 'C'. The Acquiring Body shall carry out the necessary amendment in the Appeal Memo forthwith.
