The Application is supported with the copy of Death Certificate showing the name of the Deceased as Dnyanoba Yogiraj Khanore, i.e. Original Claimant and the copy of Heirship Certificate issued by the Competent Authority showing the names of the Applicant as the legal representatives of the Deceased - Dnyanoba Yogiraj Khanore.
