Admittedly, in connected matters this Court by order dated 21.12.2021 has permitted claimants to withdraw 65% of Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 934.1-ca-2396-2024 the amount of compensation. In that view of the matter, civil applications are allowed.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 15% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security in the like amount. Balance amount be invested in fixed deposit in nationalized bank till disposal of appeal. 4.

Civil application is disposed of.
