The applicants seeks to set side the order dated 12.3.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) thereby refusing registration for non-removal of office objections. The applicant also seeks to condone the delay of 269 days caused in filing the present application.

Having considered submissions advanced and reasons stated in the application and undertaking that the applicant would remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C' subject to condition that applicant pays costs of Rs.1,000/- to the Library, Advocate's Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.
