The order dated 23/11/2015 is recalled and it is directed that, subject to the condition that office objections, if any, shall be removed within three weeks from the date of this order, the writ petition shall be restored to the original file of the Court and be listed on board for admission. If the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period of time, this order shall be withdrawn and in that event, the writ petition shall remain dismissed.
