The applicants - original petitioners pray for condonation of delay of 111 days caused in filing the civil application for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.7 on record.

Considering that the applicants themselves are the legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.7 and in the light of the no objection by the respondents, the delay of 111 days is condoned on the condition that the applicants shall deposit costs of Rs.500/- with the Advocate Association's Bar Library, Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench within a period of two weeks from today and 1 / 2
