Heard Smt. Dubey, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respective respondents. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, more particularly para Nos.2 and 3, the applicant is permitted to proceed with the selection process for

15012.18ca (2) location at Sr.No.88, situated at Nagziri, Tq. Navapur, District Nandurbar under the advertisement dated 31st August, 2017 for allotment of LPG Distributorship, subject to further scrutiny by the Company as per the Regulations of the Company. We further make it clear that the distributorship in respect of this location and the selection of a person, namely, Mr Kiran Vijaji Gavit is subject to final outcome of the petition, keeping the rights and contentions of the respective parties open for further hearing in the petition.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
