Learned counsel for the Appellant is heard. Seen the the judgment and Award. The main grievance is that 1/3rd amount of personal expenses is not deduced from the amount calculated for ascertaining loss of dependency. In view of this circumstance, this Court holds that stay can be granted subject to depositing amount Rs.50 Lakhs with interest as awarded by the Tribunal. The amount is to be deposited within 6 weeks from today. Subject to that condition, stay is granted. Application is
