PER COURT :- Grievance of the petitioner is that though they have removed the deficiencies pointed out by the inspection team, the State Government has not decided their proposal.

We have perused the impugned order. The impugned order clearly states that the proposal given by the petitioner is not accepted and has been filed by the state Government.

In view of this, direction sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. Petition, is therefore, dismissed.
