Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

By way of petition, an order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambajogai in Criminal Revision Appeal No. 02/2018 dated 11-09-2018 is challenged by the husband.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge by way of impugned order partly allowed the revision application. It was

(2) directed that recovery of maintenance amount from the salary of the petitioner of Rs.4,000/- and Rs. 1,500/- to continue for a period of six months from October, 2018. After that period, applicant was granted liberty to apply to the learned trial court for such relief including varying the attachment order from salary. The learned trial court was directed to consider the application on its merits. By considering the fact that the applicant (present petitioner) is in arrears of 21,500/- as on September, 2018 and if all the arrears are paid, the attachment was made further effective only for an amount of Rs. 2000/-. 4.

The learned advocate for the petitioner informs that in spite of repeated attempts he could not establish contact with his client.

On goring through the order and on hearing the petitioner, this court does not find any illegality committed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. Second aspect is that the petition may have become infructuous.

For all these reasons, this court finds that the petition deserves to be disposed of without any order. The petition stands disposed off.
